CSM-Hotelli -projekti

Tutkimuksen kohteena on kehittää uudessa teollisessa todellisuudessa kilpailukykyinen tuotantokonsepti ja tutkia sen tuomat uudet liiketoimintamahdollisuudet.

Kehitettävän ratkaisun tavoitteena on
  • vähentää oleellisesti vaativan alihankinnan ajautumista kehittyviin maihin,
  • luoda ja ylläpitää kotimainen huipputason valmistusosaaminen ja
  • synnyttää uutta liiketoimintaa.
Uusi liiketoimintakonsepti syntyy toisaalta systeemi-integraattoreille ja niiden moduulivalmistajille ja toisaalta eko-tehtaan tason saavuttaville pk-yrittäjille. Hotellissa toisiaan täydentävät osaamiset synnyttävät mahdollisuuden uusiin innovatiivisiin tuotteisiin ja palveluihin.

Projektin osatavoitteet:
  1. CSM-hotellikonseptin kehitys sen eri muotoineen
  2. Konseptin liiketoiminta- ja toteutuskonseptien mallinnus
  3. Digitaalimallin avulla tehty analyysi eko-tehokkuudesta, kustannustehokkuudesta ja sosiaalisesta tehokkuudesta sekä tuottavuusvaikutuksista
  4. Implementointisuunnitelma valitulle pk-yritysryhmälle
  5. Konseptin validointi ja CSM-Hotellikonseptin liiketoimintapotentiaalin selvitys valittujen pk-yritysryhmien kanssa
CSM-Hotellikonsepti -hankkeen tavoitteena on paitsi tutkimustieto, myös sen jalkauttamisen prosessi. Tässä tutkimuksessa lähdetään luomaan selkeää ja nopeaa pk-teollisuuden kilpailukyvyn uudistamisen mallia, jolla voitaisiin saavuttaa nopea vaikuttavuus ja prosessien uudistuminen.

CSM-Hotel -project

The aim of the research project is to develop a new production concept and to explore its challenges and new business opportunities.

The developed concept should:
  • significantly reduce the inflow of subcontracting companies to developing countries,
  • maintain the top-level expertise of domestic manufacturing companies,
  • create a new more cost-efficient business concept
The new business concept is aimed at system integrators and their module manufacturers and, on the other hand, to the eco-factory level reaching the small-business entrepreneurs. Hotel complementary knowledge creates opportunities for new innovative products and services.

Project goals:
  1. Development of the CSM-hotel concept
  2. Models of business- and implementation concepts
  3. Analysis of eco-efficiency, cost- and social effectiveness as well as productivity effects based on the digital model of CSM-Hotel
  4. Implementation plan for the selected SME’s
  5. Concept validation and business potential explanation for the selected SME’s
The CSM-hotel -project aims not only to gain knowledge from the research, but it should also be brought to the attention and use. In this study we are developing to SME’s a clear and fast reform model of competitiveness, which allows SME’s to achieve high-speed impact and the processes of renewal.
